Directions:
From our subdivision, turn left onto Sandy Plains Road. Follow Sandy Plains Road for approximately one mile. Turn left onto Piedmont Road. Follow Piedmont Road for approximately three miles. The YMCA is on the right side before you reach Roswell Road.

Proxy
Should you be unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete the proxy form. You may return your Proxy to either Heritage Property Management Services, Inc., or give it to your designated proxy holder who will vote on your behalf. To return your Proxy to Heritage, you may either mail it to 500 Sugar Mill Road, Building B, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30350, or you may fax it to 770-451-3919. Please direct it to the attention of Ilene Lakin.

Quorum
In accordance with the Bylaws, one third (33%) of the owners must be present at the meeting, either in person or by proxy, to constitute a quorum. Please make every effort to attend, or return your proxy to Heritage.

Election of Directors
In accordance with the Bylaws, Directors are elected to serve one year terms. At this time, there will be 3 vacancies on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please contact Ilene Lakin at Heritage, via fax (770-451-3919) or via e-mail (ilakin@heritageproperty.com) to have your name included on the ballot. Nominations from the floor will be accepted.
